Why it is so rigid to grow thin! I should

Why it is so rigid to grow thin! I should know.. I have lead have spent the whole life losing pounds and if the truth, to tell, if I connected all those lost pounds during the whole life of sitting on a diet, it will possibly make more than my current weight! Whether defeat not so? So, with all in this lost weight why I still should lose more?
